طلب تعديل حجز أو إلغائه

Booking changes and cancellations depend on the conditions attached to your session.

Open the booking and use any available change or cancellation option. If no option is shown, contact support promptly with the booking reference, scheduled time, and requested change.

A message requesting a change does not confirm that the booking has been changed. Keep the original arrangement until you receive confirmation.

Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellation charges depend on the applicable purchase conditions. Do not assume that every session can be moved or cancelled without a charge.يعتمد تعديل الحجز وإلغاؤه على الشروط المرتبطة بجلستك.

افتح الحجز واستخدم خيار التعديل أو الإلغاء إذا كان متاحًا. إذا لم يظهر خيار، تواصل مع الدعم سريعًا واذكر رقم الحجز والموعد والتغيير المطلوب.

إرسال طلب تعديل لا يعني تأكيد تغيير الحجز. اعتبر الموعد الأصلي قائمًا حتى يصلك تأكيد.

يعتمد الاسترداد وإعادة الجدولة ورسوم الإلغاء على شروط الشراء المعمول بها. لا تفترض إمكانية تعديل جميع الجلسات أو إلغائها دون رسوم.
