Keep your profile information accurate so Elevenio can identify your account and support your requests.

Open your profile settings, update the available fields, and save your changes. Review your name and contact details carefully, particularly before making a booking or requesting a document.

Changing profile details may not automatically update an existing CV, purchase record, or completed document. Review those items separately.

افتح إعدادات الملف الشخصي، وعدّل الحقول المتاحة، ثم احفظ التغييرات. راجع اسمك وبيانات التواصل بعناية، خاصة قبل الحجز أو طلب مستند.

قد لا يؤدي تعديل الملف الشخصي إلى تحديث سيرة ذاتية موجودة أو سجل شراء أو مستند مكتمل تلقائيًا. راجع هذه العناصر بشكل منفصل.

إذا تعذّر تعديل أحد الحقول، تواصل مع الدعم واشرح التغيير المطلوب. قد تتطلب التغييرات المتعلقة بملكية الحساب أو بيانات الدفع تحققًا عبر إجراء آمن.
